Free UPS Ground Shipping applies to the following:

• Sign faces that are 14’ or less in one direction. Your sign faces need to fit on a UPS truck! If your sign face is 14’ or less in one direction, we can ship it for free! For example, a sign face 14'x 36' ships free!

• Sign faces shipped to the lower 48 United States.

• Canadian sign companies: Free Ground Shipping includes shipping to a border entry point at a USA address and delivery to your brokerage designee.

• All regular priced sign faces. If we have discounted our pricing due to a major program, or for competitive reasons, shipping charges will be your responsibility. 

• Orders with standard lead times. If we rush your job through production, shipping charges will be your responsibility.

• Delivery location must be designated as a commercial address. This designation is based on the determination made by USPS, and Miratec has no way to affect the reclassification of an address.
