SHIPPING FAQ
What qualifies for free ground shipping?
Your graphics need to be under 14’ in their shortest dimension (ex: A face that’s 14’ high and 36’ wide would ship for free), shipping to a commercial address in the US, and produced on standard turnaround time.
I run a business at my shipping address, why is it being considered residential?
UPS and T-Force Freight both depend on USPS classification of addresses. Miratec Systems has no control over what is considered commercial or residential, and we are unable to affect the USPS determination. If you’d like to verify the classification of your address, you can do so at this link.
Do the graphics I ordered as part of a major program get free shipping?
If we have discounted our pricing due to a major program, or for competitive reasons, shipping charges will be your responsibility.
What if I want my order to ship faster?
Free shipping applies to ground shipments only. If you need your order to travel any faster than ground, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Why am I being charged for my order to be drop shipped?
As of February 1st, 2025, we do apply a small fee to any order that is drop shipped. We’re still paying for the shipping cost itself, but the drop ship fee helps us cover unexpected charges that are often associated with drop ships. If you are drop shipping a parcel shipment (tube under 7’6”), it will carry a $19 fee. Any tube over 7’6” will carry a $49 fee.
Why has my order been at the terminal near me for a few days?
During high volume shipping seasons, or times of UPS/T-Force low staffing, shipments may have to wait 24-72 hours to be assigned to a delivery truck to their final destination.
Why can’t you deliver to my zip code?
T-Force Freight is unable to service 200+ zip codes in the United States. This is due to a few reasons, including: limited service areas, lack of local carrier partnerships, regulatory restrictions, or rural locations that do not have the necessary infrastructure. These zip codes make up only 0.5% of all U.S. zip codes, but if your location is included, then we’ll have to put a little more legwork into getting your shipment to its final destination.
